1. PRIVACY POLICY & GDPR COMPLIANCE
SynterraDynamics ("Company", "We", "Our"), headquartered at Calle Zapatería, 7, 24003 León, España, acts as a data controller for personal information collected via our website and design application interfaces.
Data Processing Scope: We only collect minimal operational telemetry required to deliver pixel-perfect web layout services. This includes contact parameters (Email, Phone) provided during trade requests and encrypted local storage session tokens.
Your Rights: Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you retain absolute rights to request access, rectification, erasure, or portability of your data stored at our node. Contact our compliance desk at [email protected].
2. TERMS OF SERVICE & CODE DEPLOYMENT
By interacting with the SynterraDynamics application terminal, you agree to submit valid project parameters and fulfill liquidity obligations for commissioned design modules.
Intellectual Property: All customized front-end code, CSS stylesheets, JavaScript drivers, and SVG assets crafted by SynterraDynamics are transferred fully to the client upon complete trade settlement.
System Availability: Front-end architectures are engineered for high availability; however, SynterraDynamics is not liable for upstream server failures or third-party web3 provider outages.
3. COOKIE & LOCAL STORAGE PROTOCOL
We employ high-performance local storage objects and strict session cookies to store interface state preferences (e.g. contrast preferences, trading terminal view configurations).
You may disable local storage within your web browser settings; however, certain DEX layout features and speed optimizations may experience degraded performance.
4. REFUND & ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the high-frequency and bespoke nature of web architecture services, trade orders entered into production are non-refundable once design compilation has commenced.
If a project build does not meet agreed technical specifications, SynterraDynamics offers up to three (3) automated adjustment passes within 14 calendar days of delivery.
